Located on 4 1/2 acres in Black Forest, Colo., S-5!®’s new two-story corporate headquarters building features Drexel Metals pre-painted Galvalume® 24-gauge, low-gloss black PVDF standing-seam roof panels. Installed by NRCA member Weathercraft Co., Colorado Springs, Colo., the roof system is supported by hand-peeled log trusses roll-formed on-site using a New Tech Machinery roof panel machine.

The structure showcases three S-5! snow-rail systems designed for heavy snowfall, including DualGard™ powder-coated in black to match the north roof below the clerestory.

The building’s south roof features X-Gard™ 2.0 snow guards to accommodate a 53-kilowatt solar array mounted using S-5!’s PVKIT direct-attach™ solar solution. The photovoltaic system will provide 84 megawatt-hours annually to support 75% of the facility’s power.
