Professional Roofing: What is the most difficult roofing project you've performed?

Menzel: WOOD RANCH BBQ & GRILL,® which is located in The Grove at Farmers Market, Los Angeles. The seven-member crew installed a two-piece tile, three-color blend roof system with mortar and booster on a 9,500-square-foot (883-m2) roof area. The most challenging part of the installation was applying the tile to an 8-in-12 (34-degree) sloped section of 3- by 14-inch (76- by 356-mm) beams located over a patio.
