For more than 20 years, Atlas Roofing Corp., Atlanta, has repaired, replaced and maintained more than 200 roof systems across the Milwaukee Public School system.
Using Atlas Roofing's Certified Drainage Program™ to evaluate and repair the roof systems for each building, the Milwaukee Public School system has improved the conditions of their schools, reduced maintenance costs and rescued several buildings from being condemned. Before using the program, between 200 and 400 leaks were found annually after inspections; now, an average of 20 to 30 leaks are found annually.
