Securely wrap storm-damaged roofs

Stormseal™ Industries has made available Stormseal, a roof system storm recovery option designed to "shrink wrap" damaged roofs in a wind-resistant, hail-resistant polyethylene film. The low-density polyethylene film is cut and fitted at a work site before being heat-applied, which changes the film's chemical structure and forms a tight seal. Unlike tarpaulins, Stormseal reportedly does not flap, leak or require reattachments if bad weather continues. Stormseal is said to protect buildings from further damage for up to one year until permanent repairs can be made.
