Product line updates improve communication

WennSoft™ has updated its MobileTEC and Customer Portal product lines. MobileTEC allows workers to update their work schedules; track materials; and record labor, expenses and mileage. Customer Portal allows organizations to provide their customers with the ability to access account information and submit service calls.

The updated MobileTEC allows users to update equipment service records in the field; attach and store photos to service calls; create composite documents that look like print orders; and transmit attachments. The updated Customer Portal offers improved user account management, navigation, security, and individual and group user settings.
