A Tarp Solution Inc. has introduced its EZ Tarp™ Adhesive Roof Tarp, which reportedly installs without bricks, sandbags or nails.

EZ Tarp Adhesive Roof Tarp is available in a 10- by 12-foot standard size that reportedly can be installed by one person in 10 minutes. The tarp is said to adhere to shingle, barrel tile, concrete, metal and rubber roof surfaces and protect against wind and rain.

Curbs withstand seismic activity

Thybar Corp. has introduced its Thybar Seismic Curbs for rooftop HVAC units. The curbs reportedly withstand high wind loads and seismic activity.

Safety device is visible

The Bilco Co. has changed the standard color of its LadderUP® Safety Post from black to safety yellow. The color has a powder-coated finish and reportedly makes the safety device more visible in the dark and confined spaces.

OMG Roofing Products has introduced the Height Adjustable PipeGuard to its line of rooftop pipe supports. The pipe support reportedly lifts and supports various rooftop pipes 5 to 8 1/2 inches off a roof surface.

The Height Adjustable PipeGuard features an EPDM rubber base and adjustable stainless-steel support. Drexel Metals Corp. has added a spreadsheet for metal roof system and photovoltaic (PV) estimation to its tools available to Drexel Metals Association of Regional Manufacturers (DMARM) members.

The spreadsheet is said to be easy to use and allows DMARM members to configure solar estimates and access incentive information, electrical contractors and tilt-to-roof-slope conversions. The spreadsheet also reportedly breaks down metal roof system, inverter and PV costs into a cost-per-square-foot figure.

Spray gun is versatile

Graco® Inc. has introduced its Fusion® CS, a plural-component spray gun made with its ClearShot™ Technology that reportedly can be used for foam and polyurea applications.

ClearShot Technology features a blue nontoxic liquid in a disposable, nonreusable cartridge that reportedly keeps Fusion CS' mix chamber clear of built-up materials. Fusion CS has a variable-flow feature that reportedly allows users to switch from "off" to "high" or "low" without switching guns.

Cintas Corp. has introduced its Women's Comfort Pant, a line of rentable uniform pants that are available in two patterns—Cathy and Susan—and reportedly fit different female body types.

Women's Comfort Pant is cut straight through the leg and features a flat front, midrise waistline and high-angled pockets. The pants are made of 11 percent stretch material and are said to be comfortable.

Waterproofing system is flexible

Sealoflex Inc. has introduced its CT FibreSeal,™ a fiber-reinforced, rubber-based, single-component waterproofing system that is said to resist ponding water and ultraviolet light.

CT FibreSeal reportedly is highly flexible, can be applied in cold temperatures and adheres to stucco, concrete, metal, brick, wood, asphalt, TPO, PVC and EPDM. The waterproofing system is said to conform to odd shapes and resist ozone, acid, alkali, mildew and algae.

Carlisle Residential has introduced ENBase, a rigid roof insulation composite panel that is composed of a polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to oriented strand board.

ENBase is made with NexGen Chemistry™ and reportedly contains no ozone-depleting properties or chlorofluorocarbons. Generators are durable

Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. has introduced a line of gas-powered generators that includes 4,300-, 5,000-, 6,000- and 7,000-watt models. The generators are said to be durable and reliable and feature an overhead valve design, electronic ignition and low-oil alert systems.

The generators feature ground fault circuit interrupters that are said to protect circuits against grounding fault hazards and branch-rated circuit breakers, which reportedly ensure reliable power cut-off independent of other circuits. The generators have 7 1/2-gallon gas tanks, steel roll-cage frames, 12-inch tires and stainless-steel control panels that are said to be impact-resistant.

Respirators are comfortable

Gateway Safety Inc. has introduced PeakFit,® an N95 air-purifying respirator that is said to be comfortable and increase worker safety.

PeakFit features a contoured design that is said to ease breathing and reduce worker fatigue. The respirator also features an internal nose cushion made from closed-cell foam, a molded nose bridge and an adjustable head strap.
