TPOs in Europe

I read the article "TPOs—commodity or specialty?" June issue, page 38, with much interest. Overall, I think the author, Stephen A. Sharp, owner of Sharp Roofing Associates Inc., Ironia, N.J., does a nice job explaining the TPO situation in the United States.
