Fastener cuts through metal roof decks

OMG Roofing Products has introduced its RetroDriller Fastener for metal roof system retrofit applications. The fastener features a drill point designed to cut through metal roof decks and into structural purlins.

RetroDriller Fastener is compatible with OMG Roofing Products' TPO and PVC RhinoBond Plates. It is available in 4-, 5-, 6-, 8- and 10-inch lengths. Each fastener has 3 inches of thread, a No. 3 square drive and a sharp 1/2-inch drill point that reportedly makes installation fast and easy. The fastener also is coated with OMG Roofing Products' CR-10 corrosion-resistant coating.
