Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen signed a resolution for the Helmets
to Hardhats program on Feb. 17. The national Helmets to Hardhats
program connects National Guard, reserve and transitioning
active-duty military members with quality career training and
employment opportunities in the construction industry.
