Providing exceptional customer service is the primary focus of the service department at Korellis Roofing Inc., Hammond, Ind. Service Manager Karen Knezic and Service Coordinator Meredith Moran-Pruim schedule, dispatch and manage the department.

“I manage an awesome team of 21,” Knezic says. “Most of my day is scheduling, work order review, quick quote review, billing approval, new business development, building customer relationships and departmental development.”

“My favorite part about working in the industry is that it constantly changes, and every day brings on a new challenge,” Moran-Pruim explains. “I love helping customers with questions they have or problems that arise with their roof systems.”
