Professional Roofing: What is the most difficult roofing project you’ve performed?

Conway: A 90-square (810-m²) thatched roof system on a restaurant in Kona, Hawaii. The 18-inch- (457-mm-) thick thatch was made from palm trees imported from Tahiti. My company had to hire two Tahitian roofing workers to install the roof system because my crews were not familiar with thatch roofing materials.
